Hey There!

My name is Ainsley (she/her)! I’m an actor, singer, and dancer currently based out of Miami, Florida with midwest roots. As an artist, I pride myself on my larger than life presence, powerful voice, and versatility onstage, and find myself drawn to projects full of uniqueness, passion, and heart.

I’m a recent graduate of the University of Miami (LYGC!), where I earned my BFA in Musical Theatre.

Originally from the Detroit area, I grew up in a big family where I was always surrounded by noise, music, laughter, and enough family singalongs of Mamma Mia to last a lifetime. My performing journey began when I was 10, after my mom signed me up for a summer theatre camp—mostly to avoid paying for a babysitter. From the first moment I stepped onstage, I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be. Now, even after all of these years, I can’t imagine pursuing anything else.

Outside of performing, you can find me spending way too much money on books, sketching, playing the New York Times Games with my dad, or holding a plank at the nearest PureBarre studio.

I am currently at Tweetsie Railroad Theme Park in Blowing Rock, North Carolina, performing as a can can dancer in Diamond Lil’s Cancan Revue and having the time of my life!
